Possessing 40-plus years of experience in the nexus of the financial world and a cerebral approach to the markets, Michael Russo is a financial steward who helps his clients truly engage with their money. Michael draws on his deep breadth of economic knowledge to proactively communicate creative, tax-advantaged solutions to those he serves. In a frenetic sea of financial information, he’s a sentinel that provides enduring stability and insightful guidance for individuals, families, and businesses. Those who partner with Michael expect the highest levels of service and personalized advice – and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
After starting at Quick & Riley (a predecessor firm to Merril Lynch) on 120 Wall Street in the mid-80s, Michael navigated his clients through countless world events and grew his practice through several corporate buyouts. He went on to manage several successful branches for Wells Fargo Advisors. With a tacit understanding that the choice of an advisor can change someone’s life, Michael went independent to make a difference for those who entrust him with their financial well-being. There is little he hasn’t seen—or overcome—for his clients in his long career, which gives him a passion for imparting his knowledge as a veteran statesman in financial services.
A father before all else, Michael was especially proud when his twin daughters followed in his footsteps in financial services. He and his wife have been happily married for over 25 years and enjoy living just across the Outerbridge on an acreage. Michael supports his community through his involvement in the Knights of Columbus and the Elks Club. When not doing market research in his free time, Michael can be found lifting weights or a run with his beloved Shiba Inu named Bruno.
